WHEN YOU NEED SOMEONE TO LISTEN AND HELP
The CAPS Helpline and Bully Helpline gives children – and those who care about them – a place to turn with their questions about various issues of bullying, child abuse and neglect. The Helplines receive questions from children across Long Island who have participated in CAPS’ workshops, from children across the world who have found CAPS online, and from adults looking for help for their child. Every question submitted is answered by professionals with expertise in child abuse and child safety issues.
The CAPS Helplines are confidential. If you or someone you know needs help dealing with a bully, guidance with a child in a potentially abusive situation has a problem with, or question about child abuse and neglect, bullying, cyberbullying, Internet safety, sexual harassment or date/acquaintance rape, CAPS can help.
